Don’t Miss Last Call

We don’t need another newsletter celebrating defense startups or romanticizing reindustrialization. We need a sharper lens, one that questions what we’re building, who benefits, and whether speed alone is the right metric. We’re not here to romanticize WWII or invoke industrial nostalgia. The challenges we face now move faster, cut deeper, and demand more than brute-force mobilization. Scale still matters but only when it's built at the speed of relevance, guided by clarity and intelligence. Today’s defense ecosystem is bloated with legacy systems, redundant oversight, and unowned risk. Into that mess, we’re injecting AI agents and calling it transformation. But speed without direction isn’t progress, it’s acceleration into the wrong future.

What we need now isn’t just more tech.
It’s judgment.
It’s simplification.
It’s knowing what to fix before we automate it.

This isn’t a call to build faster.
It’s a call to build smarter and to know the difference.
